Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
 You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please do not attempt to return merchandise ordered online before first contacting us.

Please note that sale items and some limited edition products may not qualify for returns.  Please check for details on specific product pages.

What if my order is incorrect when it arrives?

We will make it right. Contact us right away by email to orders@kappatoys.com. We make every effort to assure that all orders are shipped correctly, but we are not machines and are human, so an error can occur. If something is not right, you have our word that we will correct it and make sure you are satisfied.

Cancellation of order

If you would like to Cancel an order it must be done before the item is shipped. Once it is shipped out please refer to returns. There is a 5% fee for cancellation of any order as this pays for the credit card processing fee. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@kappatoys.com.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our Las Vegas location. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  For international shipments, please Contact Us directly so that we can put together a shipping estimate.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When will my order ship?

We try to ship all orders next business day but sometimes it can take slightly longer depending on how many orders we get in. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This can especially fluctuate during holidays, so feel free to contact us at orders@kappatoys.com if you have any questions.

Note – our office hours are 9am-4pm Monday – Friday and out of office Saturday-Sunday. We are out of office on National Holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will typically ship out Monday.
